Personnel in my company are the well trained proffessionals in various field, they are capable and can handle daily challenges at work. they are focused on customer satisfactions, they are productive when it comes to serving customers, they are patient,sociable and friendly in order to make customers comfortable, work with them in terms of making choice in products, listening to customers at any time and provide advise when necessary.
The company has made sure that the personnel are comfortable within the working premise, receive salaries on time, bonuses and compensations with due , breaktimes, considerations as they could have one problem or the other, healthcare provisions, free access to official equipments and communication among staff.
